The part I love most about shooting weddings is meeting all the different family members. My second favorite thing is when couples forego the standard elements of traditional weddings to create a day that best fits them and their love.
We knew in advance that Katie would be wearing a gorgeous bluish-purple Marchesa gown and we were so. excited. I tell people all the time that if I could plan my wedding over again, I would wear an emerald green or a firehouse red gown. I just adore a rich, jewel toned wedding gown.
And then they had donuts instead of wedding cake. I mean, who doesn’t love donuts? And then there was the “car bar” with moonshine and all the glow sticks!
This wedding at Adventures on the Gorge was just plain fun and full of so much joy.
These people know how to live in the moment and leave their shirt tails untucked!! Auntie bibby
