We don’t just shoot weddings! We’re also available for a wide range of portrait sessions in Charleston, Fayetteville, Huntington, Morgantown and beyond! Since 2009 we’ve photographed hundreds of portrait sessions of all kinds – seniors, families, headshots, and documentary lifestyle sessions.
What we offer
Seniors
We love being Charleston WV senior portrait photographers!
These are our absolute favorite types of portrait sessions. When we photograph high school seniors our goal is to highlight their personalities. If you’re into guitar, bring a guitar! Dancer? we’ll probably ask you to bust a move. Does your kid skate? Let’s see that kickflip. We take senior photos that are a hit with seniors AND their parents. Also we promise not to embarrass everyone by using the latest slang (like “cap” or “rizz”).
Family
These moments ain’t gonna last forever, so why don’t we box those up in a to-go box for you?
Kids grow up so fast, and those silly faces and mean mugs need to be preserved. We’ll do family sessions out on the town, in the park, in your house even— anywhere that lets your fam show off those big personalities! Our family sessions are carefree and easy. We aren’t going to force your suddenly cranky toddler to do something they hate just for the sake of a photo. Much like with our other portrait sessions, we want to show the true, authentic you!
Engagements
As WV Wedding photographers, we’ve done a lot of engagement sessions.
They’re a great opportunity for you to get nice and comfy in front of our cameras. Sometimes we’ll snap while you sip in the coffee shop. Other times we’ll go on a hike and hang out on a cliff on the New River Gorge. If you’re into brews or cocktails, we’ll grab a seat at the bar and make some art while you imbibe (we’ll have a negroni plz). Portrait sessions with us feel like a hang out sesh with two friends putting cameras in your faces. You can book an engagement session on its own, but most of our wedding packages include (or heavily discount) engagement sessions too! (If you haven’t selected a wedding photographer yet *cough* how about us? *cough*)
Branding
These aren’t your father’s headshots. Our branding sessions aren’t in a studio in front of a boring ass white backdrop. Let’s show off your process and document not just you but also what you do. We can also go out in nature or hit the streets and use this big beautiful world to create branding photos that aren’t just professional– they’re true to you.
Portrait Packages
Our portrait pricing is simple: we have three standard portrait session packages that are differentiated by how long they are. Each portrait session is photographed by both Bobby & Emily and includes 50+ hand-edited high resolution files.
Extended Sessions
3 hours – $1200
Our longest portrait package is perfect for documentary in-home family sessions (often newborns), seniors who want lots of outfits & locations, and adventure engagement sessions that include hiking.
Standard Sessions
1.5 hours – $800
A very versatile session length perfect for people who want more than one outfit and/or location. This session is great for couples/engagement sessions, high school seniors, and branding photos.
Short Sessions
45 min – $500
Short and sweet! These Charleston WV portrait sessions are perfect for some quick & easy creative branding photos (1-2 outfits) and small families with a younger child. One outfit, one location.

Mini Sessions

Tell us more about what portraits you’re interested in (family, senior, branding, etc!) and when you’re hoping to have your final photos.

NAIL DOWN A DATE!
We’ll work together to find a date that works for all everyone.

SIGN THE CONTRACT!
After choosing a date, we’ll send over a booking proposal to sign (electronically) and an invoice for the first payment.
