Four days after we photographed Maria & Aaron’s wedding, Maria texted me a photo of their ghost orchid in full bloom with the caption, “ta-da!!”.
We were at my parents’ house a few miles away eating cake in celebration of my little sister’s birthday, so we stopped by their house on our way home so we could get some photos of it since they were getting ready to leave for New York and we were getting ready to leave for New Orleans.
